Design Project Terms

Turnaround Time
Please note that all project turnaround times may be extended during peak seasons, including holidays and high-volume sales periods. Turnaround begins on the next business day after your order is placed.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our design services, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once any portion of the work—such as design drafts or proofs—has been started. If you are unsatisfied, reasonable revisions or adjustments may be offered at our discretion, but labor costs already incurred are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, your payment will serve as a cancellation fee.

Inactivity Policy
If we do not receive a response or communication from the client within 30 days, a $50 restart fee will be required to resume work. Projects with no activity after 45 days will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited without refund.

Cancellation Policy
Because all projects are custom-designed, orders cannot be canceled once placed, and no refunds will be issued.

Client-Provided Content
All required content must be submitted via email. We are not responsible for errors, including misspellings, missing information, or incorrect details. Please carefully review all text, spelling, and layout details before approving your design. Once approval is given, no changes will be made.

Project Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any project, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation.

Revision Policy
All design packages include two rounds of revisions (unless otherwise stated). Additional revisions beyond the package allowance will incur an extra fee. Revisions are handled in the order they are received and typically take 1–7 business days, depending on project volume. Once the final proof is approved, the project is marked as complete. Please ensure all changes are requested during the revision stage, as no edits will be made after approval.

Hosting
Hosting is not included and must be purchased separately. We recommend using WordPress.com. Alternatively, you can choose to host from other providers.

Domain
Domain is not included and must be purchased separately. We recommend buying your domain from WordPress.
