Website Design Terms – Kiri Marketing Agency
Ensure your website reflects your brand with a professional, user-friendly, and clean design that works seamlessly across devices.
Rush Orders:
Need a quick turnaround? Rush service is available. Please note that turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or Kiri’s scheduled closures.
Turnaround Time:
Website drafts are typically completed within 2 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Extended timelines may occur due to delayed client communication or additional features. Revision periods range from 2 to 10 business days. Any changes outside of the original scope may result in project delays.
Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. While refunds are not available, we’re happy to make reasonable edits to ensure client satisfaction. Labor costs for started work cannot be refunded.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, including logos, images, copy, and social media links, in a timely manner. Delays in submission may impact project delivery.
Revisions:
Each design package includes one initial website draft and up to three (3) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions can be requested at $50 each.
Hosting Setup:
While hosting is not included in the package price, Kiri will assist in setting up your hosting account with a trusted provider. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure your website is launched smoothly.
Domain Registration:
Domains are not included. We recommend purchasing your domain (e.g. through GoDaddy.com) for approximately $15/year. If needed, we can walk you through the setup process.

ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH-VOLUME SALES & HOLIDAY SEASONS.
Project Turnaround Time: All project turnaround times are subject to change during high volume and holiday seasons. Please note that the turnaround time begins on the following business day after placing the order. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday morning, the 7-10 business day turnaround time starts on Wednesday at 11 am (our start of the day time).
Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not offered. No refunds will be issued after work, including proofs, has been issued and/or labor has begun. In case of dissatisfaction, accommodations for changes or services within reason can be made, excluding the labor fee for the project already initiated. If a project is canceled by the client, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.
Disappearing Act: After 30 days of no communication, a $50 restart fee is required. If over 45 days, the project is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds can be issued due to the custom nature of our services.
Content Misspellings/Absent Information: All information is requested to be sent via email. We are not responsible for misspellings, typos, or absent information. Branding Galore will not correct any information once the design is approved. Clients are advised to review spelling, typos, and spacing issues before approving the project.
Right to Decline Projects: We reserve the right to decline any project at any moment for any reason without disclosing a reason.
Revision Policy: Graphic designs, such as logos and flyers, are provided as proofs with two included revisions. After the client approves of the final proof, the project is marked as completed. The revision stage can last from 1 to 7 business days for graphics. General revisions are handled in the order received due to our large project scope.
Clients have a numerical limit of revisions in each package. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur a fee.
